"The whole country was shocked" when the renowned boxing coach and former K-1 fighter S. Sz. was stabbed to death by T. M. K. (27) a few days ago in Békéscsaba, Hungary. However, the tables have turned when T. M. K.'s lawyer relased the CCTV footage of the incident to the public. I've read through some sources and compiled the story in a few bulletpoints (sorry for my broken english):

• The police released the first statement at the night of 2023-08-15, a person was stabbed to death in a hotel by a customer, who left the scene at the bar. Manhunt was started, and they updated the statement at the morning, as the suspect gave himself up.
• The victim was a well known boxing champion and coach, even the boxing federation released a statement. His wife was called by their son and called the hospital, later they called her back and broke the bad news. She still can't believe what happened. A friend of the victim told the local news that the stabber was the agressor, making a huge scene, when SZ. threw the guy to the ground, then he wanted to check if he needs medical attention, that was the moment when K. stabbed Sz. with a pocket knife multiple times.
• Later the CCTV footage was released and the media reached out to the girlfriend of the suspect, she was present at the scene and told a completely different story.
• It came out that S. Sz. was a contracted third party security personnel for the hotel, a common thing for ex cops or martial arts coaches/fighters. K.'s girlfriend said that the staff didn't wanted to serve them anymore because of closing time (it's obviously not stated, but it's possible that they were drunk or there was another reason for that -cowk) and there was a verbal argument between K. and a waiter and a waitress. Later they sorted out the issue, paid, and left a tip of 40 usd. Also, K. apologized to the waitress. Around 21:49, the waiter was leaving the building in civil outfit, K. wanted to apologize to him too. The waiter didn't accepted that and they had another verbal fight. Then he left, and a little bit later came back with Sz. He said "now you'll gonna see why I'm not accepting your handshake".
• Sz. arrived wearing a tactical glove and instantly knocked out K. K. got his pocket knife while getting up and stabbed Sz's thigh multiple times obliterating his femoral artery, based on the sprays you can see on the CCTV recording. That didn't stopped the punches from Sz., while the waiter held down K's girlfriend, kicking K's head occasionally. But as the blood goes out and shock comes in, Sz. eventually blacked out. They say that he communicated when the ambulance took him, he was in a critical condition and died later in the hospital, but I highly doubt that version, as there was a shitload of blood on the ground and nobody called the ambulance or tried to apply pressure on that wound or whatnot. K was fleed the scene.

This is a tricky one. It isn’t SELF defense because the guy wasn’t attacking him and you can’t preemptively defend. HOWEVER, it may be defense of others since the victim does seem to be attacking and maybe even choking the girlfriend. HOWEVER, as a general rule, you don’t bring a knife to a fist fight. The force used can’t exceed the force protected against. At the same time, the guy is on the ground in a tough position relative to the fight. It’s a case that’s ripe for a trial. I would consider a involuntary manslaughter charge if it was on the table for a plea bargain.

My lover Yon and I used to play a similar game called ‘hide the object in the orifice.’ I’d always pick a vegetable, carrot, cucumber, or perhaps something from the gourd family if feeling frisky. Yon liked structural support pieces from nearby furniture. Either way, it was gonna get a bit stinky. The trick is to pick a good lubricant; synthetic all-weather low viscosity in a large volume container (something with a pump handle). Yon was less observant of lube protocol. Let's just say if Yon wrote a book on things he shoved inside me, it’d be in the non-friction section.

Hungary is a very tricky place. I do not like it. Even more now with that nationalist government dictator who has been in power for more than 25 years. Sadly, some Americans love his view of totalitarianism and crime. With one hand he will protect you with the other he will use the bible to censure you until you die and go to heaven? LOL. Actually liked visiting the old country. However thing started to go down hill in the mid 90's. Sadly, the culture of Hungary is full of "tapados" no critical thinking what so ever. I guess some Hungarians love that kind of society run by dictators with hardly any freedoms. Such governments will continue to promote fear and mistrust creating a divided society and economy. Instead of investing in Hungary, I took my funds to Bulgaria which has turned out to be a very nice friendly and productive country. Furthermore, Bulgaria has superb beaches and plenty of access and facilities for the boating community.
The killing is a perfect representation of their values and up bring of their society.
