Why would he give the rifle to the receptionist anyway, last time I've checked looking after firearms is not in a receptionist's job description.

Given this happened a year ago going by the date in the video I can't help but wonder if there are any updates stories about this, regarding prosecution and all that. I can't help but dispute the “accident” portion of this. I mean he loaded the gun, took aim and fired, he will say he didn't realise the safety cap was not on it but why even attempt it in a public building in the first place. If not murder for sure it's manslaughter due to his sheer carelessness. |

A floor squeegee is not the device I personally would have chosen to clean up a pool of blood, not on marble floors especially. That’s just going to make a bigger mess than what you started with.  |

In my book the shooter is at fault, it was a negligent discharge no matter if the safety was disengaged by the receptionist or not, he had no muzzle control and his finger off the trigger, the stupid dumbass!  |
