The bystander getting shot was probably unintentional. The shooter may have thought it was the original “pseudo hero” who went after him in the street and decided to teach him a lesson but blasted the wrong guy instead. Everyone in Ecuador must be carrying. This once beautiful country makes Haiti look like paradise. |
