Back in the 1970's. there was a gasoline powered Pogo Stick, called the Pogo-Go. Google it. No word on whether it featured a Pogo-Holster.

I heard they didn't catch on because it was hard to get them running. Apparently they needed to be jump started.

Elon Musk plans to make an electric one with self-driving, so it doesn't even need a rider. But they tend to hit children and catch fire unexpectedly.
