~ Looks like the main rotor housing broke off, so it also tore apart the cockpit, thus overall airborne failure was eminent.
~ I also deduce the main rotor housing & drive shaft was ill fitted or not maintained properly.
~ The pilot was still loosely secured by the safety harness and was flailed around as it fell, which accounts for his condition & position from the helicopter leftovers.

~ Thank You Yanni, for the update that the helicopter's pilot hit some power lines which caused the accident.
