Is funny to me how one person tells the other person what to do and takes them a long time to do two simple things. First was to cut the blood circulation of the arm with a belt or piece of rag. and two was to put that arm on ice, which someone kept saying it but didnt do anything else to help

Never heard of applying a tourniquet to the stump to prevent him from bleeding out? Hope they took his arm in with him, it could be reattached.

It is the third world shit hole culture that the person helping him inherits the costs and responsibility of any hospital costs, funeral costs legal responsibilities etc. So, nobody wants go get involved. I've lived in the third world for most of the last 25 years, and it is always thus.  |
