After watching this, i dont think anyone even knows he got hit, he got thrown outta site. And the only cars stopped at the track probably thought he made it, they couldnt see the impact from the angle it happened. Thats probably why everyone just went about their day lol. Shitty way to go.

According to his GPS records, he was traveling south at 3 KPH then immediately took a turn to the west and accelerated to 83 KPH in the vicinity of railroad tracks. Authorities are still investigating.

I don't know about you all yet after watching the video several times it appears he had a passenger or a white backpack or something like that on the back of his scooter. Could be that my 4k LED monitor is blurring the details at the resolution I run.
