1.Looks like he needed both horsepowers on that blast of speed to make it work.
2. According to his GPS records, he was traveling south at 3 KPH then immediately took a turn to the west and accelerated to 83 KPH in the vicinity of railroad tracks. Authorities are still investigating.
3. Shame...he was in his last day of scooter training.
Sorry...they just keep coming.
