This is why I don't get rid of my gun. You never know when some dickhead's gonna go mental believing he's untouchable.

Re: Guy with Samurai Sword Attacks People Killing a Teenage Boy in London
I think US gun laws are pretty good in a lot of respects. Guns are used to protect people and no doubt save hundreds or thousands of lives every year, (Islamic State tried a lone wolf operation in Texas and the jihadist cunt was shot dead by a passer-by before he even got one shot onto a person) but I think it might be a good idea to have better vetting processes. People like James Holmes, the psychiatric patient who shot up the cinema during the Dark Knight premier in Colorado, should never have had access to a gun. And parents need to be more switched on, like in the case of Nikolas Cruz who was gifted multiple weapons by his parents, including an AR-15, then went on to do the Parkland School massacre. Pretty good laws, but could certainly use some modification to filter out the nutjobs from getting hold of them. |

Daniel Anjorin: Man charged with murdering boy in sword attack A man has been charged with murdering 14-year-old schoolboy Daniel Anjorin in a sword attack in north-east London. Marcus Arduini Monzo, 36, has been charged following the attack in Hainault on Tuesday morning. Police were called to reports of a car crashing into a house and people being stabbed at about 07:00 BST. Five people, including two police officers, were injured. Daniel - said by teachers to be "positive and gentle" - was taken to hospital where he died. Jaswant Narwal, chief crown prosecutor for Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), said: "The CPS has authorised the Metropolitan Police to charge Marcus Arduini Monzo with the murder of 14-year-old Daniel Anjorin, who was fatally stabbed in Hainault on Tuesday 30 April." He said Mr Monzo had also been charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of causing grievous bodily harm, aggravated burglary, and possession of a bladed article. https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-london-68932780 |
