I'm surprised you don't know the name if you're from Manchester. I don't know why you think it's childish of me to mention the case, after all it was a landmark ruling in British judicial history and I think is a good example of how you can legally shoot someone dead in the UK.

If you google Coghlan you'll find tons of newspaper reports about him, they call him the Teflon Don on account of his numerous murder acquittals. If you're going to go around asking difficult questions about him please be careful with that.
