Re: Guy Jumps from the 15th Floor Landing on the Grass
It sure is mellow landin' in the grass (landin' in the grass is a gas, baby, can you dig it) What a trip just watchin' as the world goes past (landin'' in the grass is a gas, baby, can you dig it) There are so many good things to see While landin'' in the grass (landin'' in the grass is a gas, baby, can you dig it) Flowers with colours for takin' Everything outta sight in the grass (landin'' in the grass is a gas, baby, can you dig it) The sun beaming down between the leaves (landin'' in the grass is a gas, baby, can you dig it) And the bir-ir-ir-irds dartin' in and out of the trees (landin'' in the grass is a gas, baby, can you dig it) Everything here is so clear, you can see it And everything here is so real, you can feel it And it's real, so real, so real, so real, so real, so real Can you dig it Whooo-oooh |

That guy was determined to jump even after realizing he can’t jump facing forward he still didn’t give up and just turned around. Good for him. |

Re: Guy Jumps from the 15th Floor Landing on the Grass
~ It's what happens when individuals consider the pain of life greater than the pain of death. ~ They fear going thru suicide, but decide that most people who consider death as a painless escape, are more trustworthy, than their independently doubtful eyes alone know. ~ Then the most painful reality sets in when the onslaught pain of actual death changes their mind, at the very last thought of futile & hopeful retreat. |

Re: Guy Jumps from the 15th Floor Landing on the Grass
I always wonder if, when someone does a suicidal jump, whether or not they experience regret on the way down as well as surprise at the severity of the impact. No one seems to have lived long enough to say so one way or the other.

Smoking will kill you... Bacon will kill you... But, smoking bacon will cure.

Re: Guy Jumps from the 15th Floor Landing on the Grass
Several (2% or so if I remember correctly) people have survived jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. I think 'regret' was the main feeling the survivors remembered feeling when they jumped. One crazed jewess (had a jewish surname anyway) lived and jumped a second time at a later date, getting the job done finally.

Looks like his head actually went into the ground, which would make this the ultimate face plant.
