Actually he was awake until they got to his lungs on the right of the chest that's I think when respiratory failure occurred and he "lalad"...with these videos one even wonders what really is the point? clearly nobody is getting deterred, or I guess one imagines they are not going to get snatched up, until they actually are, then I bet they probably regret why they were born. You see with this guy here, and then in Mexico when that first pic of some narco skinned and sat on a chair, the people to have been freaking out are the perpetrators, because they just created the plot for the next time one of them is caught!!

I believe it depends on exposure. In the Middle East, during the early to late 00's there was shock in the beginning, but now people are desensitized. I was actually eating dinner watching this video!

When I read the title I thought he was a member of the boyscouts or some club like that and going to get kicked out or something. You know, you become a member, you get kicked out then you're "dis" membered. And if you leave on your own initiative you dismember yourself? Confusing language that English!
