Cannot watch forklift videos, lost my leg as a young guy in an accident with one...most other things go  .... except kids and animal cruelty

Sorry for your loss, but unbelievable as it may be some must be survivable given excellent medical care is given: Teen has entire bottom half of his body amputated (And his right forearm) in Montana after forklift accident. |

Both were at fault, squisher should never have been driving forwards unassisted, with a load that high. Squished should have been paying more attention, but ultimately the responsibility , of not killing people using a forklift, lies squarely at the feet of the squisher, at least in British law it does, where such a squisher may be charged with manslaughter.

Just like driving a car, pedestrians have right of way. It falls on the operator to safely navigate. But alas this happened in China so let's save our collective breath.
