I saw this on the news. According to witnesses he was in line at a fast food restaurant. He was on the phone with a female, they were presumably arguing. He then hung up, stormed outside and stuck his head through the gate where he proceeded to twist his head. I don't think anyone realized what he was doing until it was to late.

I guess there were people in line who heard a female voice on the other end screaming rather loudly however nobody really knew what they were discussing.

That's a great new name for that establishment... The Suicide Café. They can then play this video on a big screen to show customers how they got their name, while waiting for their beverages.
