Guy Comitted Suicide by Twisting His Head in Some Fence
This man broke his neck this way after committing suicide via this fence in-front of a cafe.

I saw this on the news. According to witnesses he was in line at a fast food restaurant.

He was on the phone with a female, they were presumably arguing.

He then hung up, stormed outside and stuck his head through the gate where he proceeded to twist his head.

I don't think anyone realized what he was doing until it was to late.
