It's in Ukraine not Russia, but the guy being interviewed says he was walking along and saw the guy twisting his head in the fence, he didn't know what he was doing, so ignored him and carried on his way. When he came back later he was dead. Something like that.... |

It surely looks like McDonald's "M", but turn it backwards and you'll get a Russian/Ukrainian letter "ш" which resembles "sh" like the beginning of the words "shit", "shallow", "shore", "show" and so on... In this case, the sign says "Shaurma"/"Shawarma", quite tasty fast food  |
