I'm just an internet doctor but I'm betting suicide was more likely than a microsleep, whatever the hell that is. Did a cursory search and the first one still seems more likely. What do you all think?

I definitely agree with that.
It seems to be a popular method for suicide in places where a lot of people ride bikes.
Despite involving at least one other innocent person in your suicide, it seems like a quick and effective way to do it… But because of that reason, I would never choose, nor recommend, this method.
Although, as I previously mentioned, this particular truck driver doesn’t seem very bothered by it!
