I can’t imagine that this is just a hit to the legs… not how she falls and doesn’t move AT ALL.

I think this is like the "single bullet" theory in the Kennedy assassination. One shot struck both victims. Their reactions to getting shot are simultaneous.
yep. if it can happen with a pistol round it can certainly happen with a jacketed rifle bullet.

Looks it hit her on the shoulder/ upper arm. A fractured rib & a punctured lung at most. She will fully recover if people didn't do anything stupid
