I'm still trying to figure out what the spray was, honestly! Maybe it's just because the color is very desaturated that the spray doesn't look like blood. But they got hit really freakin fast, so I'd be surprised if there wasn't a shower of blood after that. It just looked like water and dust on the vid.
It was the brake lights on the car just blured out

THAT CAR WAS GO A LOT FASTER THEN THE OTHERS, AND IT'S TRUE! A FASTER CAR U CAN REALLY HEAR THE NOISE UNTIL YOU ARE FEET FROM IT. I CROSSED THE STREET ONCE AND DID NOT SEE ANY CARS AT ALL COMING, UNTIL THIS JEEP CAME SPEEDING REAL FAST AS I JUST WALKED ON THE STREET, AND IT WAS JUST 3 FEET IN FRONT OF ME, AS IT DROVE BY FAST.
