Group Of People Wiped Out By Two Cars While Crossing The Road

Russia, recently.
A 13 year-old boy took his mother's car and went on a joyride when he hit 3 guys crossing the road.
His mom is a lawyer and he's been in trouble on numerous occasions for things like this.

The guy flying landed in the path of an oncoming car and died instantly while the other 2 (19,20 yo) were severly injured and one of them is still in a coma.

The 13 yo told police he only hit them with his mirror and that the guy flying that died was the white car's fault for running him over.

I'm still trying to figure out what the spray was, honestly! Maybe it's just because the color is very desaturated that the spray doesn't look like blood. But they got hit really freakin fast, so I'd be surprised if there wasn't a shower of blood after that. It just looked like water and dust on the vid.
