This video should be mandatory viewing for at risk or overweight/slightly obese individuals. Forget mandatory viewing for the morbidly obese, only volunteer viewing for them (too late). I once was a small LARDASS too. I finally did something about mine and lost all the weight but the damage was done. Diabetes, hyper tension and a host of complications associated with those two.diseases.

I agree for health reasons, obviously being massively overweight is very detrimental to your health. But on a 'perve' level, the fatter, the better!
