If one of the eyewitnesses said he was pushed, I’d say they saw what happened better than what we can see from one static camera angle. Besides, it does look like he was pushed, just before the crewman walked away. |

And then they rendered no aid. They didn’t let anyone know, they watched from the ramp as that man drowned. They, on that ship, were responsible in several ways. Everyone on the Elyros clearly saw what happened. Hence the arrest of the captain and the deck officer from the Blue Horizon. |

Not guilty IMO. It's like if you're trying to cross a street and some protestors are unlawfully blocking it. You get out of your car and push one out of the way and drive off. He dies later due to the fall. Not guilty because he was on the street which is illegal and unsafe as it is  |

By all most of the comments posted it is obvious the trailer trash have no clue or have some basic sea experience. A man over board is a very serious event. Every effort should be focus to bring the person ON BOARD. The Captain along with all responsible should be charged with murder. Their is a reflection of how that ship is run. Just despicable.
