You cannot claim innocence and expect to be believed in a flash incident like this especially when your well known for being guilty of major crime and are in breach of parole...if he knew he was going back in, it can make people do crazy things... but 13 shots! A bit of overkill but if you look at the speed they where fired, the vic didn't seem to register the hits and looked(quite rightly) pissed off. The cop was trying to make sure he stayed away from any weapon...I wasn't there but I think I would have shot too.

well yeah the cop obviously saw something he said "DROP THE KNIFE!" i say justified but we all know the monkey relatives of his will say he wasnt doing anything wrong and he never has done anything wrong

He should not have reached for anything....is the cop supposed to wait to see what he pulls out before he shoots? and he shot enough times to stop the threat. you think it's like the movies that you can shoot him in the leg or arm? people can get shot multiple times and still attack. and your not going to pull out your taser when you don't know what he is reaching for....justified! you don't like it, don't be a fucking criminal.

After he shoots him "clearly dead" he stands there for several minutes with the gun firmly pointed at his corpse to make sure he doesn't bust a slick move on them...... murder straight up, probabalyt a racist cop, or a overcautious dumbfuck rookie i cant tell. the guy didn't even look like he was pulling a weapon when the cop fired first shot. at the very least he should have been kicked off the police force but he is back on duty! hat a fucking world we live in

Ok the deal is, you fucking do what the cop says. EVEN IF THE COP IS IN THE WRONG YOU DO WHAT HE SAYS. The guy jumped out of the car like a moron, I'd have shot too. If the cop didn't shoot and then he got killed, everyone would be saying the poor cop should have shot first. The guy was an idiot and I say we need less of them on the planet.
