The officer released a statement reading “I feared for my life, why would I announce my presence? No other gang puts themselves in danger when they could just protect themselves using execution style! I feared for my life, do you not know he was listening to that NWA song? If he didnt hear him, he wouldnt have said "nah fool" when the cop spoke to him, while facing him when he said it, nor would he jerked his hands up quickly.

Unaware? He was facing him and talking to him. Unaware of what? He was clearly aware of the situation when he told the cop no. At that point they were facing each other and the cop was pointing a gun at him. He was the dumb ass that went for his belt. He was a dumbass.
