That's not what the video shows. That article implies that the guy who got stabbed was completely innocent. There's no mention at all of the guy trying to bottle two people.

Correct but he didn't kill anyone. He held a bottle and maybe or maybe not was about to throw it but got mazed and then he threw the bottle. They always focus on the perp and not what might have happened.
