Anyone complains that he should not of been shot should look at it this way. Guy with bat swings at the officer from 4 feet, officer misses his shot because guy with bat is charging into fast. Guy with that gets a solid hit on officers head, officer goes down, man with bad proceeds to cave-in officer’s head.

That is a perfectly rational scenario. One that must be avoided by deadly use of force.

I have to say that using lethal force was extreme in this case. He could barely walk due to being tased and was well out of reach with a melee weapon. Unjustified, in my opinion.

And you're right, he was leaking. Doubt it was in the heart as he'd died either instantly or within mere seconds but he seems to be still alive and alert all the way up to when the video ends.
