After watching the video, I like this country more than China.
People are so calm and care-less as it's like a normal every day life and activities happening anytime, anywhere.
The old man is waiting for people to call the police but no 1 burder to do it. Since the polices is not here, he just kept hammering the guy's head to pass time.

Not necessarily.
When I was visiting Malaysia, there was a homeless guy nearby the hotel. As I would leave in the morning or return in the evening, I'd have a short conversation and give him some change.

On the 3rd day, as I left my hotel, I didn't have change to give him but told him I would when I see him next. Upon my return, he was totally strung out on god know's what, screaming like a maniac, and lunging at me with a used syringe. Apparently he was calling me a "pig" and saying he wanted to kill me.

I had shown this guy nothing but kindness, too.

I have another story involving a homeless guy I helped in England. It wasn't a violent situation like the last but this guy did end up pissing on the front door to my house because of some perceived slight he had completely invented. Again, I did nothing but help the guy.

You'd be surprised just how deeply mentally ill and fucked up homeless people generally are. Paranoid, corrupted drug addicts. The times they seem normal are more like glimpses of sanity. The majority of the time their minds are twisted.

Suffice to say, I don't help the homeless any more
