Some part of the story seems missing to me. A guy shows kindness and decency to a homeless guy, and he repays him by hammering him to death? The absolutely viciousness and repeated hammering episodes indicate a deeper issue (to me). I feel there's more to the story than just that.

They have him on video...cut and dried... guilty as fuck...shoot him and be done with it. Death penalty should be instantaneous in a case like this. It's unfortunate that that scumbag junkie ruins it for people that actually need assistance. Hope he dies soon or rots forever in jail. It would be great to see him executed here for our viewing pleasure     |
