I, for one, am of the opinion that he committed this horrific crime, not because of his having been homeless, but rather because of the particular manifestation of his kind of mental illness (most likely schizophrenia  )—and that is why, my friends, WE FUCKING NEED PRECRIME and a few scantily clad mermaid precogs!
