It literally is. Your chances of being shot are incredibly low. You’re more likely to die from just about anything else. Excluding suicides and gang violence, firearm deaths are beyond rare. On top of that, firearm deaths also include people using them within the legal limits to stop crimes like the one we saw in the video. Being willfully ignorant and misleading is a bad look. Do better. |

I’m going to say justified. The deceased leads with the gun in his right hand and switches it out of view, then he raise his right hand pointing it like a gun. I would have shot him too.

I've been waiting for someone to say that because it shows that he knew what he was doing was illegal, or at the very least stupid (brandishing a firearm). Secondly, when you walk up to someone waving a pistol, they're going to retaliate if they're carrying. His moment of clarity, switching hands, was too late. It's his own fault and he had it coming.
