True, but he approached the truck with a gun in his hand and was out of his mind enraged. Was the shooter supposed to wait "just in case" he decided not to use it? Hell no.

For all these comments about guns, it's a bit nice to know I wouldn't have to wait for him to shoot me, one of my passengers, or anyone in the vicinity before I'm allowed to defend myself when someone has a lapse in self-control and judgement. If you threaten or endanger someone else's life, you assume the consequences of your actions. It's strange how some people here are focused on the gun and not his actions. The result is a potentially deadly situation for the person in the truck rather it's a gun, knife, or blunt object like a hammer. |
