Dont run up to someone brandishing a firearm and think nothings going to happen. In the US, if you decide to do this, you better be shooting because the only time its legal is to defend your life or others lives or from sexual assault...and even that depends on the state. This guy made that mistake, and the truck driver didnt...and there you have it.
