Meh, electrocution, or the dude was sitting there so long that when he jumped up to react to whatever, he dislodged an embolus (possibly a thrombus) that sent him into a seizure. I would say just a normal seizure, except for the jump. And my story is more interesting. |

My Cousin is an epileptic. Most seizures aren’t this serious. The seizure he has is called a Grand Mal seizure. It’s your brains electrical signals going haywire, not just being disrupted. That’s why it looks like an actual electrocution.
