If you look closely, the next kid also felt the electric a bit at same time, however that guy touched the wrong place I guess and was the unlucky one.

Yes, I suspect this was an electric shock too. Maybe his foot or leg touched an exposed wire? Something about his body movement, with the stiff arms, is more reminiscent of electrocution than seizure. My brother was electrocuted one Christmas when I was a child. He touched some faulty Christmas lights and his body, with the stiff arms, behaved in the exact same manner. |

I think I'm going to change the title, haha! I found this on a Japanese site + it translated as 'seizure' so I just went with that.
