Serious Question: Why is there a small T.V. with a music video playing on the dashboard in the first place? Rear View Assist, I can understand... but T.V. is a Total Distraction.

1 person driving, the rest of the passengers life are on his hand.
And many accidents, passengers died but the driver survive because he tried to avoided being hit or collide based on his sitting position so once he avoided being hit the rest of the side of the car exposed to the collision. So who ever sitting on the other side of the car will block the collision for him (the driver). Also, because the driver sees the occurrence directly and he's the 1 reacting to the situation so he have the higher chance of surviving while the rest of the passengers who will only "following the flow" as per what is going to happened.

There are regulations in India , no cars are sold with factory fitted video Players (this must be a after market thing) but its not the policing , its the people who dont take anything seriously and lack of good civic behaviour.People driving while holding mobile phones , people casually crossing roads in front of oncoming traffic , animals on roads , jumping on water bodies knowing one doesn't know swimming.Death by negligence is just can be avoided.
