It's in Russia. There are several countries where dashcams in regular old cars are the norm due to car theft and crime in general, especially insurance fraud cases. (Like those idiots who brake, back up and hit your car, then try to say you hit them from behind.)

i think what happened was the brick got caught in the back of the wheels becuase theyre double back wheels and flicked up and span. Almost happened to the old boy once on his fuckin motorbike missed his head by a cunt hair |
