That was 100% preventable and criminally negligent. They knew damn well they were WAY over the load weight limit of that forklift. They even had someone hanging precariously off the back of the truck to try (and fail miserably) to counterbalance the load. Nothing that happened in that scene should ever have been allowed to happen. The woman's fatal decision to try to help out by grabbing on to the back of the truck was only one of many terrible ideas shown in this clip.

All that plus a forklift shouldn't ever be driven with the forks that high up. Smaller standard F/L 4-6 inches off ground and in an all terrain F/L it's 6-10....that'll prevent load from being severely damaged should it slide off AND if you teeter the forks will stop you from shutting your britches in fear.
