this could easily be avoided. forkfilt operater should drop his forks as low as possible something like 10cm off the ground and forklift would stay balanced.

I applaud her bravery in the face of danger to help her vulnerable comrades, but that was not the time nor place for such courage. Even if she weighed 350 lbs there was no balancing that behemoth of a forklift. |

Not to mention that he was driving through a doorway with a load that obstructed the view forwards as opposed to going backwards and he had his load far too high. He probably would have got away with it if he had the load at the minimum height and traveled a lot slower |
