That was 100% preventable and criminally negligent. They knew damn well they were WAY over the load weight limit of that forklift. They even had someone hanging precariously off the back of the truck to try (and fail miserably) to counterbalance the load. Nothing that happened in that scene should ever have been allowed to happen. The woman's fatal decision to try to help out by grabbing on to the back of the truck was only one of many terrible ideas shown in this clip.

That wasn't a very intelligent move for her to make and she paid the ultimate price. Shame. At least others can benefit from this video and learn, "Do not do this stupid action"
