of course the driver is at fault,she turned in front of on coming traffic,end of story. that said,she was most likely distracted by the bike who had the camera,as well as the one approaching from the cameramans right.the proper thing to do was that the car should have just come to a complete stop and LOOKED,before proceeding. this just my opinion,but riders who are out on country roads on a group ride ( it seemed to me it was a group ride thing anyway) should at least use a headlight,multiple bikes going in all directions,is going to confuse some people.this isnt me trying to say this person is excused for this,,but a headlight sure would have helped. |

Yup there's some fucking idiot drivers on the road, just gotta be so careful on a bike. In saying that, there's fuck all that they could have done to avoid hitting that car, they were probably within the open road speed limit... Even going 30mph they'd be toast...
