Re: Father and Son Shot and Killed in Hallway of Brooklyn Apartment Building
. They would never qualify a self-defense because he shot the subject when he was walking away from him at that point he was no longer in danger. Don't just argue he could easily have went down the staircase and avoided on the situation altogether the fact that he brung a gun near he also knew he was there to finish someone off |

Re: Father and Son Shot and Killed in Hallway of Brooklyn Apartment Building
That's the passive pussy way of doing it, like cowering and hoping the problem goes away, and if it doesn't, literally running away by moving out and letting a disruptive neighbor win. Besides, you can manipulate the situation and make him throw the first punch and then laying the beatdown on him. Once he's topped in a physical fight, he's broken and won't give you any more trouble. Cops won't arrest you, or at least not for any lasting charges. You have to be proactive about these things instead of being a pussy and what amounts to putting your fingers in your ears, or worse - running away.

Re: Father and Son Shot and Killed in Hallway of Brooklyn Apartment Building
Or he can just shoot YOU in the head as soon as you bring the subject up. If you have a noise complaint, bring it up with the property manager. It is their JOB to handle those issues, not YOURS. There is no reason why you should even have to identify yourself. If the manager doesn't do anything about it, then you need to look for another place to live OR invest in a good pair of noise cancelling headphones; the BOTTOM line is: STOP BEING CHEAP! A good property manager will go out of their way to enforce noise levels after a certain time. There are battles worth fighting for, battles worth dying for. Noise is NOT one of them. |

Re: Father and Son Shot and Killed in Hallway of Brooklyn Apartment Building
That dude was fed up. He did what he had every intention of doing when he went up those stairs. If it was a heat of the moment thing he would’ve went downstairs when they all went in the house and shut the door. Instead he waited because he knew they would check to see if he was still there. I mean anyone that’s lived in the bottom floor apartment can empathize with this guy. The only difference is 99% of us are normal and don’t actually kill people. The thought is there lol, but with enough self control not to follow through. I have a single professional man that lives above me now and I’m so grateful. I’ve gone through a guy who died(his ghost is still here), a couple with a small child, college girls, a pimp and a prostitute (the worst. Imagine never ending sex and domestic violence) and now the single guy. I pay almost $3k for a 2bdrm so it’s not even like I live in the ghetto. |

Well, at least the guy got peace and quiet. Probably 20 other people wanted to shoot those guys asses for the noise. He's the one who finally did it. Wonder if the apartment is quiet tonight?

Doubt it. Always going to be car mufflers that sound like clapping ass cheeks, subwoofers bumping shitty music, momma baby daddy drama, etc in these places.
