The moped should have stopped, instead he went on the wrong side of the road without stopping around the corner, the digger is left hand drive and his vision of the cyclist was obscured. Sad, but entirely the fault of the guy on the moped. |

This is what happens when the requisite traffic signs are not present.  In the US or Europe, I'd be hard-pressed to presume that such a crossroad would even exist, i.e.—without signs. |
