We'll have to agree to disagree on this one. The digger driver had no clue what was round the corner (hence why he crashed into the moped driver). He couldn't have possibly known if anyone was crossing the road, nor if another vehicle was there, as he didn't take a single second to check before driving round the corner.

It was certainly his right of way, but he really should have taken the turning more slowly. Not that it matters now, the poor sod on the moped lost his life.

i'm just looking at the old guy across the street in the second video, and wondering if he knew what was going to happen before either of the guys driving.... its like his one hand is up on his head in exasperation the whole time, then as the accident happens the second one goes up like, "yup, seen it coming" and just keeps standing there lol. i see the point you're making simone and i agree, although its not the digger drivers fault, extra caution on his part could've prevented the accident, though i must say upon my first watch i almost thought the moped driver was determined to kill himself, but no just seems to have panicked and made a bad decision prior to panicking and freezing. if he didnt slow and sped up while swerving i wonder if he coulda got out of the way in time, but he panicks and brakes right in front of the digger like

I agree with everything you said (but am only quoting part of your comment for brevity). I'm still trying to figure why that guy on the road was standing there.

The whole thing was easily preventable. At least it was probably a quick death, and it's unfortunate the dude died, but I also feel bad for the guy who's going to have to live the rest of his life knowing he ran over someone. You could tell by his reaction afterward that he was upset.

I don't actually laugh out loud at most videos on here but I did with this one. It was completely and easily avoidable.

I had a girlfriend who I used to call "Moped" ............. mainly because she was slow and ugly to look at, and I didn't want anybody to know that I was riding her.
