Electricity Worker Frying on Distribution Transformer Due by Company Negligence
Uttar Pradesh, India. The electricity company "accidentally" put the power back on without getting a notification by the worker he finished the job so he died and fried on top of the transformer.   |

I'm shocked that the electric company didn't know what the current situation was with that transformer. I guess it's lights out for that technician.
