Re: Eight Killed After Car Runs Into Pedestrians in Texas Border Town
How much do you wanna bet there would've been a lynch mob had the cops not been there?

Re: Eight Killed After Car Runs Into Pedestrians in Texas Border Town
Seems like more than 8 fatalities. I wonder if the guy in all black with broken legs survived. Seems like nobody was helping him in any video. It’s crazy, if you asked me where this was I would never guess the US. How the police and EMT acted is not what I’m used to seeing. There’s usually a massive response & they move quickly. It just had an overall Third World vibe. I also disagree with the commenter that said if the police hadn’t come they would’ve killed the driver. Yes people were angry and gave him some well deserved street justice, but other people quickly intervened and defused the situation. I feel like south of the border migrants get a bad rap. I’d rather them than migrants from Haiti or Africans. After seeing the destruction in Paris, my opinion changed on immigration alot. At least most undocumented hispanics want to work |

Re: Eight Killed After Car Runs Into Pedestrians in Texas Border Town
Closing the border will not stop people from coming across. It especially won't stop gang members from doing whatever they damn well please. But it will definitely cause lots of harm to the majority honest people who are looking for work and a better life for themselves and their families. Frankly there is no reason for it to be so difficult for people to immigrate into the US from Mexico. We should make it easier, and process legal residency requests will all due speed. In addition, we should remove all the welfare and social services aimed at giving free stuff to anyone who hasn't worked for it (including native-born US citizens). We should be a society that values honest work and not grift, freeloading, or crime. We should welcome people who want to work. |
