A basic rule in weapons handling is to never point a gun to anyone or anything you don't intend to destroy, regardless if it is unloaded, loaded, loaded cocked and locked or whatever other combination you might think of!
He racked the slide and slowly allowed it to go forward, something must never be done, there are times the round is not chambered properly, unfortunately for this moron this time it wasn't the case.
