The couple was arrested in connection with the murder of 25-year-old woman Deepa Gurjar and her six-year-old son in November 2019 and was out on bail.

The two men, who stopped and shot at a doctor couple travelling in their car in the heart of Rajasthan’s Bharatpur, have been identified, police said.

Dr S. G. and his wife Dr S. G were shot at five times and they died on the spot on Friday afternoon.

One of the accused is the brother of the 2019 incident's victim, who was murdered. The other is his friend.

The police official was referring to the murder of a 25-year-old woman D. G. and her six-year-old son in November 2019. The couple was arrested in connection with the case and was out on bail. Police had then said the woman had an affair with Dr S. G. Police initially arrested his wife for the double murder and later arrested him also for conspiracy.

According to the police, the first shot appeared to have hit Dr S. G. in the head. The gunman fired at least three rounds of shots in quick succession at Dr S. G, sitting on the passenger’s seat next to her husband.

First push start for a getaway vehicle I think we have seen on Documenting Reality! I guess nothing works in India, not even getaway cycles. Reminds me of my first trip to Brazil in 1991, I flew in to Belo Horizonte and helped push start my hosts alcohol burning Chevy at the airport. Most fun business trip I ever had in my life.

The woman was a beauty; and omg why would you kill the innocent little boy. He was si adorable.
If there is s hell, theyre burning there.
Hope to hear an aquittal of the brother & accomplice on this.
2 yrs since making bail, and no justice...can you blame him?

I woulda done the same thing if the murderer of my sister got out of jail. Good for him.

Also, that's a good friend, loyal and brave. Such brazen daylight attack no masks. Damn the consequences.
