This is nothing short of torture. The woman is caning the bottoms of the kid's feet. That part of the body is very sensitive and highly innervated. Uday Hussein used to do this to people, particularly his Olympic athletes when they didn't win. It's considered torture when done to adults, and decried by the civilized world. I am a firm believer in disaplining your children. My son gets spanking, time outs, and sometimes has to stare at a wall. I do it because I am not going to have my son disrespect me in any way. I don't think kids should be disaplined to this degree this is child abuse
