Re: Deputy Operational Director of Police Shot and Killed by 2 Men and 2 Women
My take is that this was not a cartel hit, I'm pretty sure the team was Mexican law enforcement related. Their plan had big holes in it though (Bringing extra equipment not related to the hit: The laptop) and doing the hit under the surveillance cameras of a restaurant leaving several minutes of video to allow authorities to get a very good look at their anthropometic data, not to say DNA and fingerprints on the laptop and cups. (It's a matetr of days before they get caught) But aside from that the tactical procedure was sound, they knew he frequented that place and got there before him, then waited for the guy to get past their crossfire line and started shooting. It can be seen that the victim was suspicious of the couple in black as he entered the premises, thus losing full awarness of his surroundings. The woman in blue can't hide the fact that she's trained in weapon handling, the way she pulls the gun out, how she shoots and how she lowers the muzzle when her accomplice gets in her line of fire, she moves fluidly, without hesitation, something not common for Mexican civilians much less women who have not hold a firearm ever in their life. The woman in black on the other hand does not show the same amount of training, she shoots single handedly and her shots from a distance hit the lying victim on his shoulder and arm, not his head where she must have been aiming if she wanted to finish him off. All in all the couple in black looks less trained compared to their accomplices with the laptop. |
