Yeah, sure!! I picked up a guy hitchhiking once, and he said to me: "Thanks for picking me up! For all you knew, I could have been a serial killer or something!" I just laughed and said: "Hahahahaaha! Don't be silly! What are the odds of TWO serial killers being in the same car at the same time?!?!?" He was very quiet for the rest of the ride. But he got there safely!  |

I've had the exact same experience. I offered this drunk dude a ride home and he started talking about how he had killed people before. I told him I'd picked him up for the sole purpose of killing him, but that he was a good guy and that I'd changed my mind. That was a very quiet ride to his house  |
